I completed Day Five of the Meditation Peace Challenge. My time is 7AM. I use the long meditation (25 minutes). I’ll leave the links below for easy access … I hope you join us!

Today’s Message from Spirit is … Cleanse
Your body, mind and soul are urging you to take time out for some much-needed cleansing. Just as you wash your car and clean your house, your body also needs care and attention. It’s time for some spiritual, emotional and physical cleansing!
Spirit is reaching out with this message to help you cleanse and detoxify your body, mind and soul.
Spiritual cleansing an excellent way of extracting destructive emotions that, if left untreated, can cause depression, anxiety and even addictions. Make a commitment to yourself to rejuvenate your mind, emotions and spirit by practicing positive affirmations, reiki healing and healing meditations every day. As you commit to this healing path, day by day you’ll purge the negative thoughts and energies which will allow you to return to a state of balance, harmony … and happiness!
Self-Care Ideas
- Take a daily 20-minute walk in the fresh air and sunshine. Allow the natural world to infuse you with its healing properties as you cleanse and rebalance.
- Drink more water with freshly squeezed lemon added to it.
- Cleanse your body by reducing toxins such as alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, sugar and other harmful substances.
- Reduce the time spent with Negative Nellie’s and Negative Nicks.
- Reduce social media time to 30 minutes a day.
- Detox completely from news and negative television/movie programming and social media.
- Start a gratitude journal.
- Listen to a motivational audio book.
- Declutter your closet.
- Besides walking, start some form of daily exercise … yoga, stretching, tai chi, etc.
- Take long, hot salt baths. While you are relaxing use this time for healing meditation. HEAVEN.
